ONLINE ORDERS

Viking Instruments, Inc. reserves the right to refuse orders that are being shipped to a different address than the billing address of the credit card holder.

Most items in our website are regular stock items in our store and or warehouse, therefore most orders will be shipped within one or two business days from the time that your order was placed. We will email confirmation of your order when it is processed and we will notify you at that time if there will be any delay in getting your order out promptly.

Website Return Policy On Finished Goods

To obtain a refund, items must be returned within 15 days of original purchase date. You must first call for a return authorization before shipping the item. Items must be returned with the original sales slip and be in original new condition, all manufacturers packaging must also be in original condition. Any damage to the equipment and or packaging that would make it not re-sale-able as new will result in a restocking fee to be determined by Viking Instruments.

Return Policy On Repair Parts

To obtain a refund , items must be returned within 15 days of original purchase date. You must call for a return authorization before shipping the item. Items must be returned with the original sales slip and be in original new condition. All repair parts that are returned are subject to a restocking fee of 20%.

30 Day Store Credit

Items returned within 30 days of the original sale with the original sales slip and a Return Authorization are returnable for a store credit less the original shipping charges. To receive full store credit the item and its packaging must be in new unused condition. Any damage to the item or its packaging may result in restocking charges to be determined by Viking Instruments.

International Orders

Our website is not set up to accept international orders. We do accept some international orders for compass parts placed by email or telephone. To enable us to provide you with shipping costs we will need your shipping details in the following format:

We can ship international orders via US Mail or UPS. WE do not ship orders by FEDEX Once the order is picked up by US Mail or UPS we have no control over shipping time.
