Most items in our website are regular stock items in our store and or warehouse, therefore most orders will be shipped within one or two business days from the time that your order was placed. Website Return Policy On Finished Goods To obtain a refund, items must be returned within 15 days of original purchase date. You must first call for a return authorization before shipping the item. Items must be returned with the original sales slip and be in original new condition, all manufacturers packaging must also be in original condition. Any damage to the equipment and or packaging that would make it not re-sale-able as new will result in a restocking fee to be determined by Viking Instruments. We do accept some international orders for compass parts placed by email or telephone.
